DO YOU HAVE ANY OUTLET?
Twisty Scents is an E-commerce based company. We do not have a store or outlet at the moment.
ARE THESE SCENTS ORIGINAL?
Yes we make impression of top fragrances at Twisty Scents and also we have our own signature scents.
ARE YOUR SELLING PRODUCTS REAL?
As we make our own impressions of top fragrances they are real as the original. We only sell high quality impressions of designer fragrances, our perfume oils use the high quality ingredients to create a new stimulated scent that you will fall in love with.
Twisty Scents creates its own impressions and does not compete or comply with any local brands of Pakistan. It does not associate with any designer brands or their manufacturers.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 21-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For all Refunds/Exchanges you will have to pay Rs. 300/- Refund/Exchange Charges.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at support@twistyscents.pk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure your return is to get in contact via whatsapp (03258995790) to request for exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We know trusting a new brand is not an easy job. We came into business to provide customers high quality branded perfume in pocket friendly budget where in times, in local markets of Pakistan customer are provided with fake products. We have a dedicated customer support for almost 24hrs and 21 days return policy to create a trust bond between the customer and company. Here at Twisty Scents we believe in providing customer with high value service until 100% customer satisfaction.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
All our perfumes are made with 35%-40% perfume oil concentration with enables it to last 6-12hrs easily. We have strict policy to ensure every perfume is created same as all our other perfumes so our lasting does not vary to each perfume. However, lasting duration of any fragrance might depend on the application area, season, and quantity applied.
HOW CAN I MAKE MY PERFUME LAST LONGER ON MY SKIN?
All other things being equal, perfumes evaporate more rapidly from dry skin, so the best way to make fragrance last longer is to use a relatively heavy body lotion or cream. Some people like to buy the "matching" cream for their fragrance, but you can also use an unscented cream like Cetaphil, or try petroleum jelly or jojoba oil. You might also try a light mist to your hair, which is said to hold scent longer than skin.
DO YOU USE ALCOHOL IN YOUR PERFUMES?
It is not possible to create perfumes without using alcohol, our spray has alcohol in it.
WHAT IS THE OIL CONCENTRATION IN YOUR BOTTLES?
Our oil concentration varies scent to scent. We have high concentration of 35% to 40% which makes scents last longer than any other.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO STORE PERFUMES?
Fragrance ought to constantly be kept in a cool dull spot as daylight can cause a few synthetic responses in it, making the scent smell different or losing its fragrance.
CAN YOUR PERFUME CAUSE ALLERGY OR RASHES?
Till now we haven't had any such complaint from our customers, you are however requested to do a patch test before applying the fragrance.

In case of holiday season or sale season delivery may take up to 7 days to deliver.

WHAT ARE TOP, MIDDLE & BASE NOTES?
Top notes provide the first scent impression of a fragrance once it has been applied to the skin. They are usually lighter, more volatile aromas that evaporate readily. Their scent usually lingers for between 5 and 30 minutes. Middle notes, sometimes referred to as “heart notes”, make up the body of the blend. They may be evident from the start, but will usually take 10-30 minutes to fully develop on the skin. They are the notes that classify the fragrance family (floral, oriental, chypre, etc, see below). Base Notes are those with the greatest molecular weight. They last the longest, and are also important as fixatives, that is, they help slow down the evaporation rates of the lighter notes, giving the fragrance holding power. Common base notes include oakmoss, patchouli, woods, musk and vanilla.
